On your charter we will greet you at our reception where an Ondeck
representative will show you to your boat and familiarise you with the
equipment and facilities. We also provide you with the
essentials of tea, coffee, milk, cleaning products, toilet rolls and
tea towels so you'll have no need to rush off to the shop before
departing. For those who really just want to get going, let
Ondeck do the hard work for you and victual your boat so you will be
ready to go on arrival.
A minimum of RYA Coastal Skipper Practical Completion Certificate or 3
or more years experience is required to charter a boat. Day
Skipper Practical Certificates issued by Ondeck RYA Training Centres
can be enough to charter, but restrictions of keeping within the local
cruising area and only sailing during daylight hours is
enforced. For long distance cruising a minimum of Yachtmaster
or equivalent suitable experience is required.
Prices are listed below and are inclusive of VAT. Payment can
be made by credit/debit card or cheque. Racing at non-key
events is based on a 20% additional charge to standard
prices. For key events, i.e. Round the Island Race, please
contact us for a quote. We also offer individual places for
these events.
The security deposit is £1,000 for local cruising use. If
chartering for longer distance cruising or racing, security deposits
are doubled.

GBP Sterling.
Extras available for your charter
Waterproofs - £5 per person per day; Spinnaker - £50 per week when available;
End of Charter Cleaning - £50; Professional Skipper - £160 per day
