These programmes combine performance focussed team activity days on our Farr 65's (no experience necessary) with inspiring and insightful multimedia workshops examining the key attributes of a high performing team. By focussing on changing peoples perceptions of each other and how they think about Leadership, teamwork, and the task at hand, the results are immediate and stunning.

Additional info:

Delegate numbers: We work on a maximum of 12 delegates per yacht to ensure a quality and inclusive experience, although with all 4 yachts we can cater for up to 48 persons.

Price includes a pre programme discussion / local meeting, onboard hosting, lunch/refreshments, all materials and workshop room hire. They exclude VAT, accommodation (available onboard) and restaurants (which will be quoted depending on preferences.)
