At Ondeck we are looking for self motivated, adaptable, enthusiastic, and well presented employees for the following positions:

Development Programme:

Are you a newly qualified Yachtmaster but have no experience in the industry? Why not join Ondeck and receive training in the industry aboard our fleet of Farr 65s and Beneteau 40.7s at no cost to you! Over a 4 month period we will offer to train you in the skills required to take a career in the yachting industry and provide you with the opportunity to gain the necessary skills to become a 1st mate aboard a 65ft racing yacht.

Ondeck London are interested in instructors to teach Day Skipper & Yachtmaster theory in 2009.

The following positions are available on a Freelance basis:

Farr 65

Work available includes Corporate charters and racing events in the UK, Caribbean regattas and Transatlantic crossings.

Skipper:

Previous Skippering experience required: a minimum of 20,000 miles sea time and minimum qualification of Yachtmaster Offshore Commercially Endorsed, (Yachtmaster Ocean for Transatlantic trips).

Beneteau 40.7

Work available is for corporate events and regattas from May until September in the UK.

Skipper:

You must have racing experience as a skipper and be Yachtmaster Offshore Commercially Endorsed.
