Train to be a Power Boat Instructor

We are running a Powerboat Instructors Course beginning with a one day pre-assessment on Monday 7 September followed by the 3 day course.

The total cost of the 4 days is £480. For the successful candidates the cost of this course will be offset by the guarantee of at least one weekend's teaching work on powerboats.

Once you have passed the course you will be eligible to teach Power Boat Level 2.

The Farrs depart Portsmouth on October 2nd and head across the infamous Bay of Biscay to the first stop at Porto in Portugal. Join us on this exciting delivery trip for just £500. You can even use the delivery trip as your qualifying passage for your Ocean Yachtmaster. We have an Ocean Theory course running over 5 days from the 7th September in Gosport with Stokey Woodall for £599.

From Porto we begin the 1st leg of the Atlantic Adventure where you can join us for a 10 day Portuguese Experience, cruising the coast stopping at Cascais and Vilamoura before heading offshore to Madeira. Covering about 850 nautical miles, this trip costs £895. For returning clients this trip is £850 – that is a fantastic £1 per mile!!!

The 2nd Leg of the Atlantic Adventure sees the fleet leave Madeira on a 1050 nautical mile offshore passage passing the Canary Islands and ending in Cape Verde Islands. This leg costs just £1295 including up to 7 days of exhilarating sailing and the chance to visit some of the Atlantic Ocean's most beautiful islands.

Then it's time for the race! Leg three of the Atlantic Adventure is a match race from Cape Verde to Barbados and since the boats are identical, it is all down to the crews as to who gets the winner's trophy. At just £2695 this leg is the chance of a lifetime to cross the Atlantic and you only need to take 2 weeks off work to achieve it (or a little longer if you wish to enjoy the tropical beaches of Barbados once you arrive).
